Shipping & Delivery
DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer free delivery pan India on all the orders.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIME
All our clothes are stitched on order so our standard delivery time is 10-15 days pan India but if you want to receive your order in 7-9 days you can pay a fee of 50/- for express delivery.

NO, We don't accept Cash on Delivery
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message on whatsapp through Delhivery or Ekart delivery service with a link to track your order.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE
If you live in a gated society, a hostel or a PG, please confirm with the security guard before reaching out to us.
If your package is being returned to us because of insufficient address or nobody answering the door then delivery charges will be applied for the second attempt as we offer free delivery only once.
Returns and Exchanges
I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ORDER
You can dm us on Instagram for any exchange related queries.
Mudra will arrange a pickup for the return of your product. If your desired size is available in stock, we will dispatch the replacement promptly. If not, a refund deducting a delivery charge of 100/- will be processed once we receive the returned item.
The delivery of the exchanged product isn’t free. We charge a small fee of ₹100 for it.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER
The return period is 2 days after receiving the package.
Returns are accepted only if there is a defect or a sizing issue. A return fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund once we receive the product back.
Sizing and Customisation
ARE YOUR CLOTHES TRUE TO SIZE
YES, So please choose your exact size from our size chart as all our clothes are made of pure cotton so they have no scope for stretchability.
WHAT ARE THE SIZES AVAILABLE
We offer all sizes from XS to XXL
If your size isn't in the size chart then you can DM us on Instagram to inform us about the size customisation and we will update your size accordingly.
Washing and Care of the clothes
HOW TO WASH THE CLOTHES

For the first wash, always wash separately in cold water with a pinch of salt – this helps lock in the dye and reduce colour bleeding.

Indigo and other naturally dyed fabrics may bleed slightly, especially during the first few washes. This is normal.

After the first wash, if there's no colour bleeding, you can wash the garment with similar colours.

Prefer hand washing or a gentle cycle in the machine to maintain fabric quality.

Avoid soaking the garment for too long.

Dry in shade to preserve colour and prevent fading.

Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
